The following is the cancellation/refund policy for the In My Elements Retreats Or Trainings:

  1. Deposit: To reserve your place for the IME Retreat or Training, a non-refundable deposit of $555 USD is required. The deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Cancellation and Refund: If you are unable to attend the IME Retreat Retreat or Training, you must provide written notice at least one month in advance of the event to be eligible for a refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

  3. All Sales Are Final: Once the event has commenced, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Due to the nature of the retreat and the resources allocated, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made during or after the event.

  4. Behavior Problems or Conflicts: In the event that you decide to leave the retreat or request to be removed due to behavioral problems or conflicts with other participants or staff, no refund will be provided. We expect all participants to adhere to respectful and cooperative behavior during the retreat. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the retreat if their behavior disturbs the peace or negatively affects the experience of other participants. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

  5. Confirmation and Travel Insurance: Before purchasing your spot, it is crucial to confirm your ability to attend the retreat. We recommend thoroughly considering your schedule, commitments, and any potential conflicts. Additionally, it is your responsibility to acquire suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances during the retreat.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that affect global travel to the retreat location, the IME Retreat or Trainings may be held on the same scheduled dates through an online platform. We will make every effort to ensure that the retreat experience is upheld and delivered virtually
